Personal information collection statement.
The United Jewish Congregation of Hong Kong collects personal information for the purpose of
registering your child in Shorashim and administering its programmes. Information will not be
disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with your consent. Medical details are
stored encrypted and seen only by Shorashim staff who need them. Contact
ujc@ujc.org.hk for access or correction.
